Dr. Jacobus has spent the majority of his life in St. Lucie county as not only an orthodontist, but as a leader among the orthodontic community. Dr. J is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Southern Society of Orthodontists. Learn more about Dr. J.

When Dr. J isn’t working on his golf game or fly fishing on the Indian River Lagoon, he is most likely spending time with his family. Dr. J is married, has three children and three grandchildren who always keep him busy.

We are always excited about meeting new patients. The initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 1-hour visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable so we provide a complimentary panorex x-ray & photographs so that we may provide a thorough treatment plan review, cost estimate and answer any questions that you have.

After this appointment, Dr. Jacobus will analyze your specific needs and we will develop your personalized treatment plan to get you on your way to a great smile!
